Cancellation and Refund Policy

01 Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed or digital content delivered instantly in electronic form with the consumer’s prior express consent. At checkout you confirm that you want the file delivered immediately and that you understand this. From the moment the download starts, the order cannot be withdrawn simply because you changed your mind.

02 When we refund or replace

We stand behind what we list. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund if:

• The file was not delivered: the download link did not appear or does not work and we cannot fix it within 24 hours.
• The file is corrupt or incomplete: the archive does not open or the file size differs from the listing and we cannot supply a working copy.
• The listing was wrong: the hardware number, software number or software version inside the file does not match what the product page stated.
• Duplicate purchase: you bought the same file twice in the same or a subsequent order (our system blocks most duplicates, but tell us if one slips through).

In the first three cases we will first try to give you the correct working file, usually within hours. If we cannot, we refund.

03 When we cannot refund

• The file matches its listing but your ECU has different numbers (wrong version chosen). Send us your label numbers and we will source the right file; we often offer a discount on the correct version.
• The file was written to a unit with different numbers and the unit no longer works. Writing a mismatched file is done at the customer’s risk; see the Terms and Conditions.
• The vehicle shows a fault caused by a wiring, tool, power-supply or checksum problem during writing rather than by the file itself.
• The modification purchased (immo off, DPF off, EGR off, tuning) is not permitted on the vehicle in your country. Checking legality is the customer’s responsibility before buying.

04 How to request a refund

1. E-mail [email protected] or use the contact form within 14 days of the order.
2. Include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the problem. For a mismatch claim, attach a photo of your ECU label and, if possible, a screenshot of the file identification from your tool.
3. We answer within one working day, usually much faster, and either send a corrected file or confirm the refund.

05 How and when you get the money back

Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment through iyzico within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank, the amount can take a few more days to appear on your statement. We do not refund to a different card or in cash. When a refund is issued, the download for that order is disabled.

06 Cancelling before download

If you paid but have not yet opened the download and want to cancel, contact us immediately with the order number. As long as the file has not been downloaded, we cancel the order and refund in full.

07 Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; almost every problem is solved faster directly. When a chargeback is filed for an order whose file has been downloaded, we provide the bank with the delivery and download records. Accounts used for unjustified chargebacks are closed.

08 Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights consumers have under Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation or, for customers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer rules of their own country. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the monetary limits published each year.
