What is the difference between a virgin file and an immo off file?
A virgin file resets the module so that it can be adapted to a new vehicle with the dealer tool or a key programmer, keeping the immobilizer active. An immo off file disables the immobilizer altogether. Choose virgin when you want to code a used module properly; choose immo off when the immobilizer itself is the problem.
How do I know that a file matches my ECU?
Compare the hardware number and software number printed on the ECU label (or read by your tool) with the numbers in the product title and attributes. They must match exactly; a different software version is a different file. If you are not sure, send us the numbers and a photo of the label before buying.
How is the file delivered?
Immediately after payment the file appears in your account under Downloads and a link is sent by e-mail. The file stays in your account, so you can download it again later. Files are delivered as ZIP archives containing the read exactly as it came from the unit.
