How much power does a stage 1 file add?
Typical stage 1 gains are 15 to 30 percent on turbocharged petrol and diesel engines with no hardware changes. The file stays within component limits set by the manufacturer. We recommend a healthy engine, fresh service and a proper backup of the original file before writing.
How do I know that a file matches my ECU?
Compare the hardware number and software number printed on the ECU label (or read by your tool) with the numbers in the product title and attributes. They must match exactly; a different software version is a different file. If you are not sure, send us the numbers and a photo of the label before buying.
How is the file delivered?
Immediately after payment the file appears in your account under Downloads and a link is sent by e-mail. The file stays in your account, so you can download it again later. Files are delivered as ZIP archives containing the read exactly as it came from the unit.
