Frequently asked questions

I paid but cannot download the file. What should I do?

Log in and open Account → Downloads; the file is listed there with a download button. If the order shows as “on hold” or “pending”, the payment has not been confirmed yet by the gateway. Send us the order number and we check it immediately.

Does the file come with support?

Yes. If the file does not match the numbers you sent or does not behave as described, contact us with your original read and the tool log. We correct or replace the file.

Can you prepare a modification on my own read?

Yes. E-mail the full original read as a ZIP, the vehicle details and the modification you need (immo off, DPF off, stage 1 and so on). We work on your exact software version so checksums stay valid.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, but a file that does not match the numbers on your ECU is replaced or refunded. Details are in our cancellation and refund policy linked in the footer.

Which languages do you support?

English and Turkish. Messages in other languages are welcome; we answer in English.
