Description
An immo off file for a VW Passat engine ECU. The immobiliser check has been removed from the data, so the engine starts without the immo confirming the key. It’s for a Passat the customer owns, usually after an immobiliser fault or an ECU swap.
Two numbers to compare: the Bosch hardware 0261204614 and the VAG part number 8D0907558 F. The letter after the part number matters, as other versions carry different software. No read tool is listed; save the original contents of your unit before writing. See other Passat files, all Volkswagen files, and how immo off works.
VW PASSAT 0261204614 8D0907558 F IMMO OFF is an immo off (immobilizer removed) file for the Volkswagen PASSAT. It matches hardware number 0261204614. The file is supplied exactly as read from the unit, without alterations.
Typical use: starting the engine without the original key or immobilizer unit after an ECU swap, an engine conversion, or a faulty immobilizer system. Before writing the file, confirm that the hardware and software numbers printed on your ECU label match the numbers above; writing a file to a unit with different numbers can damage the ECU.
After secure checkout the file is available for instant download from your AutoECUFile account, and it stays there for later downloads. Need another version, or a file that is not listed? Send us a file request and we will source it for you.
